Getting back to an inquiry quickly is a critical element in the conversion of leads to sales. Using Bullseye’s email module, lead submissions get a quick confirmation email configured with your company branding allowing you to participate in the hand-off of the lead to a distributor.
Lead notification is then sent to the distributor via email or PDA. Through the co-branded Bullseye interface, distributors can retrieve lead information, and follow-up. The system tracks status changes and allows you to monitor response time, follow up notes, and sales conversion.
There is even a reminder email that gets sent to dealers with leads requiring follow-up.
